Where should I train to get my range from 61-70, i really want to wear black d hide. Im using a rune c bow w/ iron or steel arrows. rune c bows are better than mage short bows in my opinion, hits more, and higher. I have 28 attack, 25 strength, 40 defence,26 prayer, and have very little quest done( i hate quests).

You could try Blue Dragons at the members dungeon.. Bring some food because the baby dragons will attack you for the first few minutes you are there.

Yes, there's a safe spot for all three of the Dragons.

He said he hasn't done many quests so ogres are probably unobtainable. Blue drags would probably be too strong in terms of hitting often. I myself got 70 range on rock crabs with iron knifes which worked well. I'd suggest going to the dagannoth island and using the spot there where's 3 right next to eachother.

I would train at mossys near the fishing guild. Or you can get 45 theif (i think) to enter chaos tower, which is North or Ardy, and South of the mossys, and yes, there are safe spots.
