July 23, 200718 yr Sand - Yanille, bank on the East side, Sand on the West Seaweed - By the Rock Crabs East of Rellekka. There's a Fairy Ring right by it, combination DKS. If you can't use Fairy Rings then Shilo is probably your best bet.
