I can't find the elf who charges your crystal bow...Heelp! :oops:

As the guy above said use the tip.it quest guide to find him, but all you need to do is teleport to the area with the teleportation crystal, then walk out of the town, west then south I believe, until you get to a place with mage trees and just wait there 5min or so for the elves if you don't want to keep running around
