alright i'm not really good with the mircosoft paint because of the small pallet they give u so i was wounder was i should use that is relativly cheap or free, the later of the 2 is better lol, and of course good, post away :P (meaning like pixel art, graphics stuff, like where some of u made back grounds and put pictures on it and stuff, i'll get links to the threads...http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=638805 (graphic works)
