2nd troll to 840+ post count.

I have 70 att, str and 69 def (like 7k till 70 though) and I find three training places good.

Firstly slayer is a given so I won't mention it, If you can always use it.

1. Ankous, great drops, use too much food though for my liking

2. Moss Giants on brimhaven. Awesome spot, where I got 70 strength, cake spawns nearby, no food needed (at 65+ def and full rune)

3.green dragons, only downside is they are in wildy so bring three items + antidrag shield, I personally bring fighter torso (rune pl8 if you dont have it) rune legs and whip, plus antidrag shield and 14 lobs.

Use mossys if you can't be bothered to get decent food, Ankous for a bit of fun, but drags have best drops (3k a drag, versus 220 gp for a lobbie)

Thanks Terly for the best Avatar in TipIt -winks-

I would recommend dagannoths (level 74 and 92) under the lighthouse if you've finished Horror from the Deep. Bring noted food and 10k. When you run out of food, run to the 1st floor of the lighthouse, sell lobbies, then buy them back to unnote them.
