Think is someone called patch, he is on mos le' harmless island.

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

He's on an island called mos le' harmless, an island accessible only after the cabin fever quest. the guys name is patchy.
