yeh, my friend can make bout 3mil a day.

You make them just like normal arrows. Attach the feathers to the shaft, the headless arrow to the arrowheads. You have to either hunt down Dragon Implings, or buy the heads off of other players; the first being better and cheaper. Dragon Implings require 83 Hunter, or 80 with a pot methinks.

 

 

 

As for a good money maker.. I don't know.
