Check your clue again, I'm sure it's 08 degrees 33 minutes North and not 88 degrees 33 minutes North.

 

 

 

If so, Tip.It's Coordinates List says:

 

Tree Gnome Stronghold, on the other side of the river to the West. Cross the bridge into the enclosure, and go out the Northeastern gate. Dig a little to the Southeast of the gate.
