wireless internet connection problems

my wireless on my pc laptop is unable to connect to the internet due to an invalid ip address being issues from the network, but on my mac laptop everything works fine. what could be going on? IF you need more details just ask i'm not sure at all what to tell you.

I don't think the problem is Invalid IP (although that's what the system is telling you for whatever reason). I think it may be your wireless settings or your wireless card.

 

 

 

Can you give me more information about your router, your Mac's wireless card, and your PC laptop's wireless card? Also do you think you can take a screenshot of your wireless settings?

 

 

 

EDIT: Also, restart your PC laptop, go to Start -> Run -> and then type in ipconfig

 

 

 

Run that and tell me what your IP address is (if you're getting an invalid it's probably going to be 0.0.0.0)
