For the others, in Ms paint choose the bottom corner (a small purple dot) and move it so there is no white and is only your picture showing. Then when uploading remember to save it as (.png) then in http://www.imageshack.us (easiest) choose last link. Then put the link in between this

i'd look at it, but your cropping skills are rubbish tbh, and i don't have the time to look at millions of thumbnails. You could 'at least' take away the white bits -.-
