My friend has a Deoxys on his ruby version and he was going to give it to me. When he tried to trade it to my fire red version it said that Deoxys could not be traded at this time. I have a national dex and i activated the mystery gift thing. Anyone know why i can't trade the deoxys? P.s. I know you can trade deoxys between fired red/ leaf green / ruby/saphire/ emerald because deoxys comes in diffrent forms acording to your version that its traded to. sephiroth_king Posted August 3, 2007 Share Posted August 3, 2007 If his deoxys is a hack, the hacked versions were known to be virsuses, plus sometimes they can't trade. If he got it from New York, or any Nintendo event, that it's strange...There must be an event to do, so Look here. Serebii has very useful info on them.
