To elaborate:

 

 

 

Lunar -- made during the Lunar Diplomacy quest. Dropping any part *destroys* the part. You can buy missing parts from the Oneromancer any time after the quest. Costs almost the same as the Mystic robes from the Wizard's Guild in Yanille.

 

 

 

Kyatt -- get Kyatt pelts with Hunter (lvl-52 to wear, lvl-55 to hunt), then go to the costume shop in South-East Varrok to get them made.

 

 

 

Jester -- obtained during the Fremennik Isles quest. You can safely drop them and reobtain them for free.
