I don't have a lotta money, so i can't buy any materials. I went to the calculator, and I need almost 6k flax, I've only picked 695, and thats after about 3 hours. So whats the fastest way to raise crafting?

buy 1k flax for 70k, then make it into bowstring and sell, rinse and repeat.

make coifs from soft leather.

Craft Dragon hides, kill your own dragons then make vembraces, then proceed to alch them, for 1.5k each.

I've found it helps to switch from one thing to another. Like you, I'm gathering my own due to financial resources which are already spoken for.

 

 

 

My current plan is to alternate flax and glass, then alternate clay and battlestaves. Probably not the quickest way, but it's the only way to prevent certain madness along the way :)

Crafting is one of those skills where you choose either fast or cheap, but not both.

 

 

 

My suggestion for you is rings of forging. Buy some rubies and gold bars (cheap) and cosmics and go for it. Good crafting and mage XP and you can easily sell the finish the final product for more than the supplies cost.
