I am trying to cross the bridge to Cairn Island and I keep falling off. I have tried to cross many times now. Any way to get across without falling off?

IIRC, it's part of shilo village quest, you may have to start the quest to be able to get there.

You may want to train your agility. Also, try crossing the bridge without armor. A low weight seems to help, so boots of lightness, spotted / spottier cape et. al. are recommended.
