I'm using MS Paint and i'm wondering how do I save in .png like everyone is saying.

it says

Save as type:

Monochrome Bitmap

16 Color Bitmap

265 Color Bitmap

24-bit Bitmap

JPEG File Interchange Format

Graphics Interchange Format

What do i choose?

Monochrome Bitmap - Black and white

16 Color Bitmap - .bmp medium quality

265 Color Bitmap - .bmp medium quality (think its worse then 16 color)

24-bit Bitmap - .bmp highest quality

JPEG File Interchange Format - .jpeg, it will blur sharp edges together, and overall make it a bit blurry.

Graphics Interchange Format - .gif, it will keep sharpness, but will greatly cut down on the amount of colours

What do i reccomednd?

None. Save as "yourfilename.png" which will keep the quality, and generally reduce file size. Als

If that is still too big, save a copy in 24-bit bipmap, and open the image in another program (MS photo editer for example) and then save as gif, as when saving as .gif in MS paint, the quality is reduced far too much.
