Can somone plz post a F2P guide for combat and prayer? My goals are to get lvl 60 attk at least, and lvl 43+ prayer. And finally, get my strength to 99. Thank you. Plz post a guide for those.

There's this guide for prayer training. For combat, just kill whatever you can easily enough to not use a lot of food.
