August 9, 200718 yr So, I'm a good what... 3 years late on this game? hah. I've been playing it over the past few weeks since I've gotten gametap, and to be honest I've wondered why I never picked it up before. Without a doubt this is one of the hardest FPS games I have ever played. Anyways, what did you all think about the story line? Lets try and keep spoilers into spoiler tags, by the way. [hide]I was pretty amazed by the storyline. The betrayal at the end, while I half way expected it, was a shock. I liked how Jack was not a huge 'hero' kind of person, he just wanted to get out of that place -- not save the world. The end was good and left a lot open.[/hide] From what I understand ubisoft is working on a Far Cry 2, and it'll be talked about more in PC gamer this October. So what do you all think that the sequel might contain?

I think it's going to be using the crysis engine and we all know how that looks already. [hide]This new game I have a feeling will have many twists in it because I think Val is in on the "farcry" project because of the papers she had at the end of the last game.[/hide] On another note, you just played this game now? You really missed out for the last 2 years. Yeah I just played it now. I never bothered picking up the game, it was kind of shadowed because it came out around when half life 2 did.
August 10, 200718 yr I've played both the PC version and the Wii version. I'm not sure how they made the Wii version so awful, but the PC version was among my favourite FPS ever :D Quit Runescape 30th May 2006.Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)
