Need A lot of Help on how to Appeal this Ban, Bigger Problem

Featured Replies

Here's the story,

After I retired from RuneScape, my account was hacked & banned. The weird thing is the hacker Appealed the ban, along with the Last Chance Appeal. I know the hacker is someone close like a so called freind because my account was locked after the first appeal, then unlocked by the hacker, so he had to know my personal details. I am in full control of the account now, with new recovery's. I am not able to send in anymore appeals. I have sent in numerous complaints, but keep getting the "We're to Busy" message.

What should I do?

Thanks, Stubness.

EDIT: Here's the Bigger Problem.

I took peoples advice and sent in complaints.

So far I have sent in 7 complaints, and 2 have been repiled to. But they are auto-messages saying, use the "Appeal a Ban" section. I can tell that they don't read it because in each message, I write that I am banned, and someone else appealed them.

Am I screwed?

You're only choice is to continue sending in Customer Support messages. I would say to keep with that until you get an answer.

Not all F2Pers are beggars or scammers, some are respected members, but these respected people are over-populated by these beggar and scammers.

BUMP help

Keep contacting. My account was hacked *a long time ago* and I being young and stupid, had not set good recovery questions.

But I kept sending in queries to Jagex, over and over and over saying why I should get the account back, using their account recovery and other tools. Eventually, I sent a query in like a year or so later, and got the account back ^^

So if you keep trying, you'll get it. Jagex listens to persistence...
