Ok i did everything the quest wants me to do. I finally dropped down the trapdoor in the guards office and was met by the black demon. I was mele attacking him and he just dissapeared, he did not die. I went thru the caves and talked to the king and he said about me being poposterous or something like that. the quest guide said that i had to search the roots. I searched every root and nothing. I cannot finish this quest since the demon just like dissapeared. anyone have a suggestion.

i have checked every single root in the cave. I went on different sites and it told me what the king will say and he does not say what he is suppost to. He is taling like i never killed the demon. Is there a way to maybe restart and try to kill the demon again, im only a lvl 61 so it was kinda tuff but ill manage with sharks.

Did it take alot of time before it disapears?

 

 

 

Some boss monsters disapear if you fight them for ages, better find a quicker way to kill it

well it did take a good 5-7 minutes for me cause i would attack and run to eat. if i go up to the surface and go back down the trap door will he come back?

i think we walk back throguth the trapdoor i think

You shouldn't run from the fight, just click eat during the fight.

 

 

 

If you run away, he loses interest, and stops "targeting" you, and so since he's a boss monster, he disappears.
