how many anti fire pots will I need with 5000 chaos runes ?

A single dose lasts for 5 minutes, so a pot will last 20 mins.

 

 

 

Not sure how many runes you'd use in a 20 minute period though.

Guessing that you'll shoot of an attack every 4 seconds, 15 per minute, 300 per pot, 5000/300=16.66 pots.
