If she's working on crafting, get her a handful of dragon hides (you could even tan them for her!). If she likes playing the minigame, you could consider getting her some Barrows equipment (food, prayer potions, whatever it is she uses). You could spend 1m on Barrows necessities and maybe 500k or so on another side present.
