Just a quick question, can the spell "Curse" be used on the same target over and over again or can it only be used once on a target . Also if it does only work on one target how long till it can be used on it again?

You can cast the spell again if it failed when you casted it, so for training purpose you wear equipments with huge negative magic bonus so that you never succeed to curse the target

Like What, also do u still get the magic xp wether or not it is casted or not?

Wear any kind of metal armor:

 

full helm, chest plate, legs, kite shield, green dragonhide vambraces,

 

water or earth staff, and Sos boots.

 

That will get your magic attack stat to -68 which is more than enough to always fail.

You will get 29 magic exp whenever you are allowed to cast the spell.

 

29 if it fails or 29 if it "hits"

 

 

 

You could try casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers across the

 

water at the 4 zombies in the ladder room, or cast on the caged red monk

 

under the Varrock palace stairs, or try the Port Sarim jail prisoners.

 

There are lots of other monsters that will work.

Any Dragonhide (green, blue, red, or black) vambraces will work.

 

 

 

Green has the lowest skill level required so that's why I mentioned them.

SoS boots are boots avalable to all players from the Stronghold of Security.

 

They have some basic stats that are, well, better than nothing.

 

Consult the Tip It SoS guide for full details on how to get them.

 

 

 

But if you have, and can wear, Black Dragonhide vambraces then

 

you have at least level 70 ranging and are a member.

 

In that case, you probably have far better boots, and other gear, available.

 

So, wear whatever gives you the lowest (most negative) Magic attack stat

 

to be able to cast a Curse on the same monster over and over again.
