Not sure, but if you upgrade your gear as soon as you can, it won't take long.

SoS, levels 1 and/or 2

 

Fight whatever allows you to be hitting almost non-stop.

 

You want to be slaughtering for hours at a time down there.

 

 

 

If you fish in the River outside of the Barbarian village, and cook there as well,

 

then you can fight, get food, and then return to fight.

 

 

 

Low level monsters offer fast training, high level monsters offer better loot.
