August 16, 200718 yr I don't know about a guide, but the respawn time is 12 minutes on a full world. Now that Jagex named "official" worlds, try mining on the CW or PC world. They're heavily populated most of the time, and the ppl aren't there to mine. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN!
