Ok, I can't log back into my account. I tried so many times.

 

Someone has changed my password, so I reported it.

 

My last time I did recovery was 2005 so I didn't know it.

 

Then, I gave them 2 of the passwords I have used.

 

In the extra info I told them my stats that weren't even on the highscore. I gave them as much info as possiable.

 

but that didn't work. so, I'm asking is there anymore things I can do?

 

 

 

because it pisses me off to think someone is using my account and I can't even get it locked! also, I really can't be bothered to start again.

Just keep trying. Today Ive tried for the fourth time in about 2 months and I actually got it back! If you where a member you really need the agreement number.

Sucks to be you, sorry man. Your fault for not either: 1) Updating your recovery questions + writing them down so you know what they are. or 2) Writing down the original ones in the first place (or using questions you knew you'd remember in a few years.)

 

 

 

Not much else you can do except start over, sorry :( if you were a Member then you can use the receipt # (or something like that) from your last email from the company that bills you for Members (that one works quite well :P)

well... looks like I got no other options but to start again.

 

 

 

I still can't believe runescape is soo dumb. I mean come on, I've been playing on this computer for a long time and I can't believe they can't tell I am the real owner. those dumb ******* check the ip. If it changes IP on the same day i report it, then it CLEAR that it's stolen. ffs...

 

Well, i can look on the bright side. I was thinking of becoming a member on that account.

Well, I would suggest just keep on trying to contact jagex. I waited 2 years (roughly) and sent in a report, and got my character back :D
