Is against the rules of Runescape or this form to have programs that block banner ads?

It is indeed against RuneScape rule 15:

 

 

 

Rule 15 - Advert Blocking

 

Effective date: 16th January 2007

 

 

 

You must not deliberately block or hide the adverts which appear above the free version of our game.

 

 

 

If you have advert blocking software please prevent it from blocking adverts on our website. The adverts above the free game are what enable us to keep it free, after all!
