i have seen sow muth good sigs and tool kits, whit what program u guys make them?

i mostly use plain mspaint, it should come on your computer if you have microsoft

 

 

 

and for complicated effects i use paint shop pro, i have #7 but they r up to #9, its like $100 for the latest version (i think)
