Also, how do you stroke 1px black your visitor font, I've been meaning to find out.

For the 1px black around fonts:

 

- Right click on the layer with the text

 

- Click, "Alpha To Selection"

 

- Go to select -> Grow -> 1 Pixel

 

- Use the paint bucket tool and click around the text (whiled zoomed in).
