August 28, 200718 yr Well, I suppose the main reason so many people (including myself) continue to use a MSB and iron/steel arrows is the old adage "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I myself see nothing wrong with using a bow, nor is there anything significant that I'm missing by not using a crossbow. I guess I and many others have just not bothered to make the effort to switch over. If I were presented with some empirical reasons, such as exp/hour with MSB vs. exp/hour with rune x-bow, I'd switch. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN!
August 28, 200718 yr Author Mage bows may have specials but cbows have enchanted bolts. I've done a 13 on a guy in full rune with enchanted bronze bolts and my range level is only 61
