2 questions

1- my computer and net connection have had lots of lag over the last few days, is there anyway i can overcome this?

 

(my broadband is run by one of those little box things and theres a cable to my upstairs computer, ive tried resetting my comp, running an antivirus, resetting the net connection, resetting the phone line but dont know what to do)

 

 

 

2- whats the fastest way to get 70 atk 70 str and 70 def in f2p

 

my current stats are 70, 66 and 62, ive tried sos black knights, white knights,red spiders and lessers.......

When that happens to me, it is usually an auto update for Windows, Norton/Symantec, or Spyhunter running in the background.

 

Try to see when the auto update is scheduled to run.

 

You can usually configure that for "Notify me only" and/or run update at midnight instead.

 

 

 

2- whats the fastest way to get 70 atk 70 str and 70 def in f2p...

 

Slaughter lower level monsters in the first or second levels of the SoS.

 

 

 

You earn melee exp according to HitDone*4

 

The level of the monster doesn't matter.

 

Hitting a 2 on a Rat or Lesser Demon will earn you the exact same 8 in melee exp.

 

 

 

So, if you can find a room full of fast respawning monsters that can't hurt

 

you, then you can be hitting non-stop for hours at a time.

 

You won't need to take a break for food or bank runs.

 

Try the fleshcrawlers in the SoS.

For the lag it could be a background update like Goobore said, or maybe your computer is infected with spywares. These are known to slow computers down alot.

 

 

 

Run an anti-Spyware like Spybot and see if you find anything more than tracking cookies lol
