Need timezone guide

I need a timezone guide is there one on this site because i live in central time and i constantly have people in england and other places wanting to sell and buy stuff.

Yah this is pretty helpful but do you know a place that goes by countries instead of cities cause I don't know any big cities in Belgium.

Most timezones do go by cities only because countries, like the US, can have multiple time zones.

 

 

 

Have them post their timezone then convert to yours.
