Someone has made payments from my PayPal to Jagex without my consent and runescape happily refunded the money, Im just worried will i be able to purchase a membership subscription after what has happend?

I don't think they would restrict payments for you. Just tell Jagex that you were not the one making payments and apologise for the trouble. Hopefully that should work out, change your paypal account password to prevent another such incident again.

 

 

 

Anyway, how did your paypal account got accessed?

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
