Looks pretty nice, I like the character.

 

 

 

Some C/C:

 

ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ The dragon's head could use some more shading.

 

ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ The sun doesn't look very realistic, maybe make it more round and a slightly lighter color.

 

ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ The character's legs and feet are a little bit too small compared to the rest of his body.

 

ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ Maybe change the color of the Dark Bow he is holding, make it a bit more dark, grey-ish red instead of the current color.

 

ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ Add a border (a simple 1 pixel black one would be good), that's a nice finishing touch, I think every sig or avvy needs one.

 

 

 

But overall, good job, I think it looks nice. :)
