September 1, 200718 yr It seems that you need to have finished the quest, but the guide says "*Users that have started but not finished the Prince Ali Rescue quest will not be able to start this game until the quest is complete." Therefore I don't know for sure

September 1, 200718 yr From the guide, it sounds as though if you haven't done the quest, and haven't started it either, you can play. However if you've started it, you must finish it before it will let you.
