Xeones Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 I received a "Vanilla Visa Gift Card" for my birthday that has 50 dollars on it. It is considered a Visa Debit card. I wanted to use this card for my membership subscription, but everytime I enter the card information, it says payment declined.
