September 6, 200718 yr The absolute fastest way is to buy dragon bones and use them on a guilded altar, with both burners lit. Right now, you'd need 259 bones. I'm not sure about the current price of dragon bones, but I assume you might know, or at least can figure it out. :P Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D
