How do i stop 'watching' topics.

Hey every1, i was just wondering how you stop receiving emails about new replies to topics. If anyone can shed some light it would be most appreciated.

go into your profile at the top of the page and untick notify on topics.

I believe you can also stop watching a topic from either the topic itself or the email notification you recieve.
