my friends account has been disabled apparently because he isnt paying we sent a letter to jegex 10 days ago

he is paying direct from bank but jegex hasnt taken it out does he need to re-do the membership again

If he has a direct transaction from his bank to JAGeX and JAGeX says he is not paying, it means he hasn't got the money in this account.
