150 uses per ring , it is personal same as ring of clay 28 uses if you mine 27 then change the other ring has 1 use left

it depends how many you had when you used your last forging

 

so if you throw last one away with like 54 charges the next you get is also 54 charged

 

so better use always all then next

The ring of forging has 140 uses to smelt iron 100% (thats 5 loads)

 

 

 

The amount of uses you have left depeds on your character, not the ring itself. Say you had 28 uses left in your ring of forging, if you equipped a new one, it would still have 28 uses.
