No, your not. If you ever want anything good it could take you even a week of planning, and careful balancing and brushing. The key is not to do fast, but to do well. With your little speed bouts your not going to be able to make anything decent anytime soon. Take your time, until you get a product you actually like. Experiment a little instead of showing us the first thing that's popped into your head.

hes right i just gave you a link i agree with what J_Rod_The_Ti said it takes a long time to produce something of good quality like me for example im still learning take your time on it and plan it ou [bleep] comes out 20 times better that way

Where can i get good dynamic brushes?

Deviantart.com or Shiver7.com has a lot of links to sites that have nice brushes.
