I am fly fishing in shilo so that's not good experience, would the best bet be buying raw and cooking and breaking even or making a small profit? Any other methods? thanks in advance :mrgreen:

Look around for ppl to sell you raw lobs at 210-220ea ea and then dump them all on World 1/3 at 200-220ea, you barely lose or sometimes even gain a little money

for monks is burrate far too high, lobs are good, but u can cet raw lobs cheapre 200ea...
