im a bit confused on this do they make u hit higher than the max possible hit or hit higher more offten?

 

 

 

ok so how much higher are we talking here?

It ups your max hit with bolt spells (chaos runes).

Cowards can't block Warriors.

They make the max of bolt spells 3 hits higher; formerly a 12 with fire bolt, but a 15 with gauntlets.
