Abstracts are made in Photoshop or The Gimp. Photoshop is expensive and powerful, and Gimp is moderately powered, slightly more difficult to use, but free.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also I didn't understand how to use The Gimp until I began messing around in Photoshop so...well...might wanna go ahead and pay the $50-400.

and if you want to have colored objects (i.e spirals loops etc.) you need a 3d program oh and USE SEARCH BUTTON
