Well that depends if you buy from another player or from a store.

 

If you buy from a store then world hop to keep the price low.

 

Although, really, there is no need to try and buy them all at once.

 

 

 

But, actually, your best bet is to range Minotaurs in the SoS.

 

They drop a lot of arrows so you may be able to hunt in a self-sustaining

 

fashion by using the arrows from the present kill to take down the next monster. :)

Personally, though you are going with iron, I would suggest instead buying Steel Arrows in Rimmington. There, you can get EXTREMELY good prices on Steel, Mithril, and Addy arrows, if you buy them in smaller amounts.

 

 

 

Another thing is that --again, if you buy them in smaller amounts-- you caneffectively sell them back to Lowe in Varrock at time for More than you bought them for.
