I am having trouble locating Bob. The mouth of the amulet is going up and down and the eyes are lighting up but it is all the way from Lumbridge to Port Sarim. If I go above either place it goes dark. I have looked for hours. Can someone help me please? Thanks, Mamma_Nic

When i had to do this quest bob was in 23 wildy... lucky :S

Bob might be near Draynor Manor, try using it near the Barbarian Village or Falador.

try looking just north of the draynor manor (inside the fence) that's where he was for me and stayed there for the whole quest.
