I got the clean necklace once, i talked to the people and

so now i been cleaning rocks trying to get another one,

 

 

 

but it's been 3 hours now and no one single clean necklace found...

 

 

 

am i doing something wrong?

After you found one in the archeologic department in the museum, you can make these neclaces yourself, with a gold bar, cut ruby and a neclace mould.

 

 

 

You must enchant it (Level 4) with a cosmic and 5 fire runes IIRC for it to have the charges on it.
