Does any one know any cheap, reliable programs that can make these?

I found one but is always saved with text unless you paid :x .

you can do simple animations in Gimp.

Not many people like them though.

But its free and somewhat easy to use.

The Enrichment Center reminds you that the weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak.

In the event that the weighted companion cube does speak, the Enrichment Center urges you to disregard its advice.

Photoshop + Imageready is a good deal.
