I did get spiritual warriors for a slayer assignment and I would like to ask your opinion about that. Is it worth to do it or i should skip them. And what kind of armor/weapons i should use.

I would say skip them.

I'd skip it. I had problems doing this because the other creatures kept stealing my kills :evil:

 

 

 

But really, except a few decent drops, it isn't worth it.

Not worth it at all, only spiritual task worth it is mages, and that's only for d boots.
