Why not just read it? You can't fake a url like that. The closest scammers can get is misspelling runescape in "runescape.com". (It is possible to fake email from runescape.com though.)

So that means everything in runescape is a bug? Anyway, it's just a typing error by jagex. Theyll fix it if you submit it to them.

No, just because it was made by Jagex doesn't mean it's a bug. A bug or glitch is a problem with the game (when you play it). They made a simple typo, thats all.
