Seercull vs MSB when traning?

Hey guys I am going for 99 ranged, and I am going to fire about 400-500k bronze arrows at Orges:D

 

 

 

Well I was reading the Ranged Guide, and saw that Seercull shoots faster than MSB will this then make it better than MSB for me when traning?

 

Does Seercull has any extra cost other than the first time payment for it?

It says it shoots as fast as a Crystal bow, and a crystal bow shoots slower than a MSB. Also the spec is useless unless its being used on a mage, or possibly if you yourself are maging and you want to lower your oponent's magic defence.

MSB > Seercrull for training.

 

 

 

Personally, I find no use for Seercrull. Unless you're a high risking PKer and want to prevent your opponent from using certain spells, there's not much point in using it.
